Tastes Amazing - Goes Bad Quickly

Hi - I purchased the product twice. The first time I bought it after sampling it at the brand's pop-up. The representative there told me it is not necessary to refrigerate the product upon opening it as long as I finish it within a month. Unfortunately, the product went bad within 1 week. I gave the product the benefit of doubt (assumed the representative was wrong about the shelf life) purchased it again. This time I refrigerated it upon opening - this time it went bad within 2 weeks of opening, despite a shelf life of 4 weeks post opening as provided on the product packaging.

That said, it does taste delicious and is a unique condiment.
