Essential pantry staple #1 from Native Tongue

This stuff is dynamite. Been having a jar of this confit from NT in my refrigerator for a few years now. Just elevates the taste of food to a completely new level. A handy ingredient- that eases your load of prep work needed while cooking a non-Indian delicacies.
Tossed through pasta - soups- stews, blended into salad dressings - dips, whizzed into mashed potatoes, smashed with butter and slathered over toast, marinades for meats-seafood, the options are endless. Love it.
