How to use

Disappointing Experience

I found this spread to be a letdown. The sweetness doesn’t appeal to my palate. I tried it on focaccia and even pasta, but the garlic was too overpowering, and the sweetness didn’t work well.

I was looking for something similar to Bengali-style tomato chutney, with a balance of spiciness, sourness, and sweetness that tingles the taste buds. While I know it’s pesto, the tanginess factor is missing in your tomato pesto. I look forward to some variations in the tomato pesto.

Delightful

Chunky tomatoes and toasty slivers of almonds made an interesting contrast of texture. You can add this pesto to pastaa, slather on toast or serve it as a dip. Recommended!
