How to use

Make mulled wine or brew masala chai, or add it to flavour a wholesome stew or grind it to a make a spice rub for roasts, or simply empty the contents into a bowl for a fragrant potpourri. For mulled wine, combine 4 glasses of wine with a sachet of spice mix and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove sachet and serve warm with a spot of honey, if you like.
